Program Description:
Module 1 – Understanding influence. What it is and how it works. You will learn what separates a network from a relationship base and how do you create those long lasting and highly valuable relationships that will create your best career and business development opportunities.
Module 2 – The 3 Cs of building an extraordinary career – Client work, Colleague and professional relationships, and Collaborations. Here you will understand what characteristics make up the best advocates for you in your business and life. Each relationship path is slightly different and you will know how to manage each direction.
Module 3 – Leveraging your relationships. Now that you have them, what do you do with them? In this module you will learn how to explain and help others help you reach the opportunities that can be the most fulfilling. Most professionals miss out on those ‘lucky breaks’ because they haven’t helped other successful professionals when, where and how they need to be connected. This session explains how this is done.
Each module includes workbooks, cheat sheets and sample templates of communication for these great relationships. The workshop is designed to be implemented within your own base of relationships immediately, with each session containing exercises to be completed outside of class for you to have the maximum impact within your own relationship base.
