Influence Activated is a 12-month implementation membership built for professional services providers — consultants, coaches, fractional executives — who have the expertise, the relationships, and the methodology. Every member who completes Year 1 has a fully operational referral revenue system — live campaigns, executed connector events, activated Gold clients, and a peer circle generating real referrals.

The pre-requisite is Trust Lab.

Influence Activated is by application only. Cohort size is capped at 12. The right candidate doesn't just complete Trust Lab — they demonstrate the behaviors during the program that signal they're ready to run the system, not just understand it.

Strong Candidate

  • Completed Trust Lab and implemented at least 60% of the curriculum
  • Has 1–2 Tier 1 partner relationships in active cultivation
  • Is conducting the Platinum client relationship management system
  • Has had at least one Gold Expansion Conversation with a current client
  • Generating revenue from professional services and actively prospecting
  • Hungry for accountability and execution — not more learning
  • Willing to contribute to the peer circle, not just receive from it

Not the Right Fit

  • Completed Trust Lab but implemented nothing — has the knowledge, not the habit
  • Primary revenue comes from employment, not client-based professional services
  • Unwilling to adopt GHL or engage with the IP library in their own platform
  • Expects referrals to come from passive membership — not willing to do the co-hosting work
